Hi! I'm Christina, office manager at the
Louise McNeely Animal Shelter.

With me is Creame, just one of the many new arrivals -- so many in fact that we are rapidly running out of room! I invite you to take a look at our Pets for Adoption page to get a firsthand look at the lovable and cuddly critters, and then come down to the shelter and visit personally with all the great cats, dogs, kittens, and puppies we have just begging for a new home.
Please read on and keep up to date with our Current News & Events below!
A message from Lolli --
Great News! Kattie (the shelter's previous resident in charge) found a great home with loving guardians, so I am filling in to greet visitors to the shelter. Come meet the new staff members as well as all sorts of new arrivals who are looking for a warm and loving home.
So please stop by soon for a visit, and while you are here, I'll happily trade a soft pet for some free fuzz therapy to ease your day.

Of special note is still the need for raising special funding
for items not in the regular budget. Besides our regular "Wish List" needing donations all year long, there are special one-time needs
along with a suitable plaque for the Smutz Memorial Garden.
So, Please Help if You Can!
