Born on March 3, 2022, Anubis is a big, lovable Pit Bull with an even bigger heart! Weighing in around 80–90 lbs, this handsome boy is currently working on shedding a few pounds and getting into his best shape.

Anubis is neutered, up to date on all his vaccinations, and ready to find his forever home. He’s incredibly friendly and loves meeting new people—strangers are just friends he hasn’t met yet! His affectionate nature means he’s a big fan of giving “hugs” or is favorite is humping his best friends, so he’ll do best with a family that can help guide his enthusiasm, especially around small children or seniors.

He gets along great with other dogs and does well with cats, making him a wonderful candidate for a multi-pet household. While his experience with children is low, his size and excitement mean supervision will be important, he has met one small child while being in our care and he did wonderful and she became his best friend.

Anubis enjoys his walks, but he can pull on the leash, so he’ll benefit from some continued leash training and structure. With consistency and love, he’s sure to become an amazing companion.
