Meet Baby Girl, an approximately 2-year-old 40 pound, medium-sized Terrier mix with a heart as sweet as they come. This precious girl can be shy and unsure when she’s feeling overwhelmed, but underneath that nervousness is an absolute sweetheart who loves affection.

Baby Girl needs a patient, understanding family who will give her the time and reassurance she needs to feel safe. She can become nervous or overwhelmed and may hide when she needs a quiet moment to decompress. She has also been hesitant about walking on a leash, so she’ll need someone willing to work with her gently and patiently as she builds confidence.

Once she feels comfortable, Baby Girl wants nothing more than to be by your side. She loves affection and seems happiest when she knows her person is nearby. She has shown signs of separation anxiety, so her future family will need to help her learn that being apart for short periods is okay and that you will be back.

Baby Girl did wonderfully with her bath and brushing, which is a great start! Baby Girl has met other dogs and loves them so much! When she is with other dogs she comes out of her shell quickly! She also really loves to go swimming.

There is still so much to discover about this beautiful girl.
