Buddy, 10 Year Old Heeler/Border Collie Mix, Male (Currently in Foster Care)

Meet Buddy, a handsome 10-year-old Heeler/Border Collie mix with a gentle heart and an easygoing personality.

Buddy came to us as a stray in July. Although he was microchipped, the contact information was no longer active, so we’re helping Buddy begin a new chapter of his life. He is currently in foster and doing wonderfully.

Buddy is a sweet, easygoing companion who enjoys leisurely walks, car rides, bath time, and relaxing with his people. He also absolutely loves swimming and is always happy to enjoy some time in the water. His foster family has found him to be great with people, children, and other dogs. We have not yet had the opportunity to see how he does with cats, so that is still unknown.

Now Buddy is looking for something he has been waiting for: a permanent home where he can spend his golden years surrounded by love and companionship.

He may be 10 years old, but Buddy has plenty of love left to give. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who would enjoy a leisurely stroll, a swim, a cozy evening by your side, and simply being part of the family, Buddy could be the perfect match.
