Nate is a handsome 5-ish year old German Shepherd/Husky mix with a big personality to match his big size! Weighing in at 84 pounds, this tall, lovable guy is full of life and always ready for attention from his favorite people.

This boy is all about his people—Nate absolutely loves attention, enjoys being talked to, and will happily soak up every bit of affection he can get. He’s social, engaging, and just loves being included in whatever you’re doing.

Nate is also a big fan of other dogs and does wonderfully with different types of canine companions. He loves to play and really enjoys having a buddy to romp around with. However, he does not seem to be a fan of cats, so a feline-free home would be best for him.

When it comes to exercise, Nate is in his element on walks, runs, and yard time where he can stretch those long legs and burn off some energy. He’s a fun, active guy who would thrive with a family that enjoys getting outside.

Since Nate originally came to us as a stray, we’re still getting to know all his quirks, but one thing is already very clear—he’s a people-loving, dog-friendly, adventure-ready sweetheart who is eager to find his forever home.
